Action: Combined change management, service design and organisational coaching. Assessed the organisation through interviews and surveys, defined 15 focus areas and a transformation roadmap, then scaled pilots and set up governance, rituals and community ownership.
Outcome: A stronger collaborative culture, clearer leadership alignment, more evidence-based decisions and greater transparency. A formal DesignOps team keeps the change going beyond the engagement.

Delivered a unified digital portal for Accountor Outsourcing, bringing payroll and HR client interactions into one secure platform across the Nordics.

Context: Accountor Outsourcing handles sensitive payroll and HR data for clients in several countries. It wanted a single, secure place for those interactions, where users could manage their own accounts and access rights.
Action: Set up a LiveOps and DevOps operating model with two-week sprints, working closely with Accountor’s domain experts. Delivered secure file transfer, user self-service and continuous deployment on Azure, Next.js, NestJS and Auth0.
Outcome: Clients manage user rights and permissions faster and more independently, which improves their experience and reduces support load for Accountor.
